Parmesan is available as photoperiod feminized seed, or as auto flowering feminized seed. This version is photoperiod feminized seed, meaning the seed will develop into female plant and its beginning of the flowering phase depends on the amount of light it gets. Photoperiod plants are usually bigger, produce bigger yield and they can be cloned.

Genotype of this strain is 70 % indica and 30 % sativa. It is indica dominant strain, with hints of sativa. Parmesan is typical indica dominant hybrid, that contains the best of both worlds – quick flowering periods with big and T rich yield. Its primary ancestors are Afghani indica combined with Mexican and Colombian sativa. This resulted in Skunk #1, which was later crossed into Cheese clone strain and so became Parmesan.

Parmesan can be grown indoors or outdoors. Indoors, you can expect a plant of medium height, that finishes its flowering period after 8 to 9 weeks. It can produce up to 900 grams per square meter. All depends on the amount of space and care the plant is given. Outdoors, the plant is ready to be harvested in the middle of October, and it produces around 600 grams of buds.

The buds can contain a very high amount of T – around 24 %. This makes it a strong strain, that is not recommended for people with low T tolerance. It also contains a medium amount of C. Intense musky earthy flavour is very dominant and so is its aroma. Strong body stone, typical for indica, can be expected, accompanied by bursts of mental energy provided by sativa. It gives a special feeling of being relaxed and energetic at the same time.
